Making use of symmetry and horizontal axes, CASA TS frames the accesses and spaces for social interaction by opening the project in two different bodies where glass enclosures and lateral circulations predominate.

In this way, by placing housing components at the ends of each volume, a clear view of the Pacific Ocean is offered from any location within the house. However, its focal point resides not only in the exterior spaces, but also in the design of its roofs, which are separated from the walls, thus generating halos of light that raise the internal atmosphere of the project.
